QR code not working?

Most issues come from the destination, contrast or print size. These checks solve the most common problems.

  • Open the destination URL in your browser and check for typos.
  • Test the QR code with iPhone and Android before printing.
  • Use enough contrast, quiet zone and at least 2 to 3 cm print size.
  • For dynamic QR codes, check in the dashboard whether the destination is active.

You can create static QR codes without login. Dynamic destinations, projects and scan analytics require an account.

Before printing a QR code, scan it from a normal distance and open the destination on at least two devices.
